The State Government so far has allocated a grant of Rs 100 crore for developing basic tourist facilities in Dwarka.
The State Government has forwarded a proposal to the Centre for integrated development of Dwarka seeking an aid of over Rs 500 crore. The plan is to renovate Dwarka, apart from development of sun set point, a bridge connecting Okha and Bet Dwarka.
222 Hectare has been acquired by the government some 6 Km from MONTAG project on NH8E to develop New Dwarka Airport.
 

ACCESS TO DWARKA

  • Air: Jamnagar is the nearest airport and is about 150 kms away. Visitors can travel to Dwarka from Jamnagar either by road, rail or bus.
  • Rail: Dwarka lies on the metre gauge railway line that runs from Viramgam to Okha. By rail, Dwarka is 378 kms from Ahmedabad, 217 kms from Rajkot and 137 kms from Jamnagar.

Purchase and Registration Process
Step1: Select preferred villa plot from the layout below, chose at least 2-3 option and e-mail us.
Step2:Once plot number and duration of payment agreed with our Sales team, put Rs 35,000 eq. by debit/credit card your plot will be reserved for 7 days.
Step3: Sign the agreement and pay monies as agreed with the sales team.
Step4: You will be sent power of attorney so that we can register the plot on your behalf in Jamnagar Register office.
Step5: Sign the power of attorney with 4 pictures of each plot owner with their passport copy and proof of address.
Step6: You will receive your title deed with link documents of the land and all the copies of approval from 8 -10 weeks from you sending us signed power of attorney and all documents requested.
Step7: Your original Title Deed will be posted to your address by courier.
