India is a budding superpower in its own right. Its gross domestic
product (GDP) has expanded from £16 billion in 1980 to £500 billion
today, and its economy is now the fourth biggest in the world, in
terms of purchasing power parity. India's rapid annual growth rate of
more than 7 per cent is reflected in the performance of funds
investing in the country.
The property market of Delhi- NCR region especially Greater Noida and
Ghaziabad along with upcoming surrounding areas is booming and
attracting the attention of real investors as they are getting huge
profits and high returns on their investments. Major localities where

of 10 most dynamic cities in the world in which it joins Las Vegas,
Toulouse, Moscow and Munich, Ghaziabad has managed to pull off a true
feat. Delhi- NCR is growing, and that too, at a rapid pace.
Today, skyscrapers and new age shopping malls and huge commercial
complexes are being built in various areas of Delhi - NCR. The city of
Greater Noida and Ghaziabad have impressive infrastructure facilities
in relation to road and rail network, well developed industrial
estates, good banking facilities, reliable communication network,

connectivity with Delhi, as well as an established IT destination like
Noida. Ghaziabad is very strategically located on the old Grand Trunk
Road. Not only does it attract a sizeable IT/ITES workforce from
Noida, it is affordable for those who can't afford Delhi prices. The
