Purchase and Registration Process

Step 1: Select preferred plots from the layout below, chose at least 2-3 option and e-mail us.

Step 2: Once plot number and duration of payment agreed with our Sales team, put Rs 35,000 eq. by debit/credit card your plot will be reserved for 7 days.

Step 3: Sign the agreement and pay monies as agreed with the sales team.

Step 4: You will be sent power of attorney so that we can register the plot on your behalf in Shadnagar Register office.

Step 5: Sign the power of attorney with 4 pictures of each plot owner with their passport copy and proof of address

Step 6: You will receive your title deed with link documents of the land and all the copies of approval from 12 -16 weeks from you sending us signed power of attorney and all documents requested.

Step 7: Your original Title Deed will be posted to your address by courier.
