team, put Rs 35,000 eq. by debit/credit card your plot will
be reserved for 7 days.

3: Sign
the agreement and pay monies as agreed with the sales team.

4:
You will be sent power of attorney so that we can register
the plot on your behalf in Shadnagar Register office.

5:
Sign the power of attorney with 4 pictures of each plot
owner with their passport copy and proof of address

Step
6:
You will receive your title deed with link documents of the
land and all the copies of approval from 12 -16 weeks from
you sending us signed power of
attorney and all documents requested.
