team, put rs 35,000 eq. by debit/credit card your plot will
be reserved for 7 days. |

3: sign
the agreement and pay monies as agreed with the sales team. |

4: you will be sent power of attorney so that we can register
the plot on your behalf in shadnagar register office. |
Step
5: sign the power of attorney with 4 pictures of each plot
owner with their passport copy and proof of address |
Step
6: you will receive your title deed with link documents of the
land and all the copies of approval from 12 -16 weeks from
you sending us signed power of
attorney and all documents requested. |

7: your
original title deed will be posted to your address by
